VerriPro operates a platform designed to connect individuals seeking health and social care with verified healthcare providers and professionals. We facilitate bookings, scheduling, and payments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Roles & Accounts
To use essential features of our platform, you will need to register a user account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information, specifically regarding health conditions (for Service Users) and qualifications/credentials (for Professionals).
- Maintain and promptly update your account details.
- Safeguard your login credentials and remain fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
4. Medical Emergency Disclaimer
Not for Emergencies
VerriPro is NOT an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must immediately contact local emergency services (e.g., dial 999 in the UK or proceed to the nearest emergency department).
5. Professional Vetting & Liability
While VerriPro verifies professional qualifications, right-to-work, and DBS checks before onboarding Care Professionals, we act as an intermediary platform connecting independent professionals and service users. The contractual care agreement exists directly between the Professional and the Service User.
6. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international health or professional regulatory laws.
- Misrepresent qualifications, identity, or health status.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse either Service Users or Professionals.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including attempting to bypass our payment systems.
7. Termination of Use
We may terminate or suspend your account, access to the platform, and ongoing bookings immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the application, us, or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
